The 7th „Friedenslauf“ in Vienna – We run for peace!!

On April 26th many people from Austria came to Vienna to run rounds round the „Wiener Rathaus„. My friends and me went by inline-skates. We started driving 650 m round the Rathaus. At the end of every round we got a stamp on a card.. After one hour, we went to eat a little snack and then we drove on.. At 12 o’ clock the race stopped. My friend and me had run 27 rounds, that means 17,55 kilometres. Everyone of us had a sponsor and got some money per round from them. This money goes to poor children and so on. At the end of the race, we all were very tired and we enjoyed a relaxing bus tour back to Wieselburg. It was a very funny and arduous day.
